This is the invocation for my new book Living Ritual: Infuse Each Day with Purpose and Spirit - now available for pre-order. This book is an invitation to slow down and remember yourself as the rhythms of nature, to place a prayer in the transitional moments of daily life and to illuminate the sacred in the seemingly mundane. This offering is filled with practices, self-inquiry and micro-rituals for the modern householder. If you are longing for more presence, connection and meaning in the everyday you will find inspiration here. For those who preorder I’ll be leading a live 16-day free ritual circle. Thank you to @stmartinsessentials @soundstrue @danamnewman for believing in this book. 🎥 @maggie.eileen director x editor

🦋 〰️ grateful for the moments of slow down . . & count blessing.

❄️ we are one week away from the big transition to ✨✨✨W I N T E R 🌬️ medicine . .

For me is my time of low season at work & get to fully relax and ease . .

☃️ I’ll be out of social media for the whole winter ❄️ 🙂 which makes me very happy to fully disconnect . Right on the winter
solstice 🌬️

Last winter it was 2 months of no media, this winter it calls in a full winter break ☃️🫐

❄️ excited to see what is happening outside of social media world & get Crafty at home 🦊 . . Winter is soooo special to me . . A time to visit the mountains, snowboard & lots of nesting :)

🐻 ♥️

I’ve loved this place more than I can explain in a caption for over 12 years. First two photos taken last year on 120mm, last photo is a Polaroid taken April 2010.

The sweetest thing I've ever known
Was like a kiss on the collarbone
Soft caress of happiness
The way you walk your style of dress…
