We love our Granola and it has been ages since I made it at home!! I had all the basic ingredients and ended up making this crunchy, nutty and superfood over the weekend and might need to make another batch super soon 🔥

Here’s the recipe:
- In a bowl add 2 cups oats (I’ve used @quaker), 1/2 puffed rice, 1/4 cup roughly chopped hazelnuts, 1/4 cup pepitas, 1/4 cup desiccated coconut, 1/4 cup dark chocolate (my to go is @pvt_selection chocolate chunks). Mix it well and keep it aside
- In a smaller bowl, add 2 tbsp olive oil @simpletruth4u , 2 tbsp coconut oil, 1/4 cup maple syrup, 1 tsp cocoa powder, pinch of salt & coffee powder. Mix till everything is incorporated well
- Pour the liquid mix into the dry ingredients and combine it well
- Transfer it to a baking tray and bake for 6 mins at 325F. Turn the tray and bake for another 5-6 mins
- Remove and let it cool completely before you lift it off to break it into pieces
