One of my favorite parts of making 1000 Minutes has been collaborating with our cinematographer, Daniel Cho, to shape the visual language of this film. Countless conversations, references, scouts, lighting tests, and shot lists all led us toward a shared vision before we ever rolled a frame.

Choosing to shoot on the ARRIFLEX 416 XL was about finding a texture that felt honest to this period piece. It’s how film mirrors the way memories fade, linger, and live on in our minds.

Insane week, back 2 back amazing festivals @raindancefilmfestival and @tiffromania , met so many cool interesting people from this crazy industry, spent time with people i admire, the audiences were amazing and i had my friends along for the ride. Awesome experience, thanks universe. 🫶🏻❤️
