FOMO 2025: A Year to Remember

We honestly can’t believe this year is already over. It feels like yesterday we kicked things off in Cape Town with our first sundowner events, warm evenings, good energy, and the feeling that something special was starting.

Fast forward through Berlin’s event marathon, intimate dining experiences, moments on the water, on the padel court, and even our first sober morning rave. What 2025 taught us? It was never just about hosting events. It was about designing experiences where people truly meet, connect, and spark something real.

Every gathering was intentional. The partners we chose, the spaces we stepped into, the energy we created. The goal was never scale, it was impact. And when everything aligns, FOMO turns into something bigger: community.

This year showed us what’s possible when creators, founders, investors, and friends come together in spaces that feel alive and meaningful. Connections stuck. Ideas moved. Moments mattered.

And honestly? We’re just getting started.

Here’s to 2026, to more connection, more surprises, and more moments worth remembering. ✨

Graphic design: simple, right?

Just drag, drop, font, resize, repeat.

This post is a tribute to all the designers who’ve endured client feedback, revisions galore, and the soul-crushing pressure of picking the right font.

Swipe through if you’ve ever relabeled the same frame a million times, battled auto-layout, or shuddered at the sight of Comic Sans.

Not all design tools are visual — some just make your work flow better.
Over time, I’ve built a small toolkit that helps me reduce friction, stay focused, and work more intentionally.

Here’s what’s in it:
textsniper.app – instant text capture from anywhere
mycolor.space – quick, clean palette generation
timingapp.com – tracks time without manual input
csspeeper.com – inspect live sites, no messy code
Daily research habit – 10–15min of curated inspiration

Which of these would you try first?
Or even better — what’s in your stack?
