Fabulous online networking event this week. Great to see new faces and our regulars.

Had a fun brainstorming session after the group networking and I love how people freely share their knowledge & expertise so we can all benefit & succeed.

Thank you to everyone who came along and it looks like we might have one more before the end of the year, so keep an eye out for that.

Beliefs make up a big part of our lives, they keep us grounded in our routines and behaviours, but most of them are unconscious until someone challenges us to think differently.

This isn’t always an easy process, as our safety mechanisms are held tightly within the constructs we believe in.

Collapsing these often causes an internal disruption, we may even notice ourselves in a state of defensiveness, over explaining ourselves to justify our beliefs/actions.

The job for us in that moment is then to;

1/ Slow down, breathe, ground, meditate.
2/ Reflect on the experience and enquire to where the belief came from that kept us safe..
3/ Ask ourselves, is the belief keeping me inside a loop, limiting my opportunity for growth?

From here, we can introduce new statements that align with our higher vision, stretching our capacity to go beyond what once was.

Then, challenge it by meeting that point, dissolving the fear and transforming our beliefs.

This International Women's Day, I want to recognise all the strong, beautiful, smart women that I get to work with, network with, and grow with.....

You are the reason I get to do what I love!

"Each time a woman stands up for herself, without knowing it possibly, without claiming it, she stands up for all women.
I would like to be known as an intelligent woman, a courageous woman, a loving woman, a woman who teaches by being." -Maya Angelou

About 6 months ago I read a scientific report that found individuals tend to be the most engaged in video content for no more than 7 minutes. So to make sure you get the most bang for your buck in our Virtual Confidence Coaching program it was decided that we would make 7 minute videos only. It might mean that you have more than one video per day to watch but you can also get through your coaching program in manageable chunks- like when you are hiding out in the bathroom from your children, when you've headed to your local cafe for a coffee & a time out or in the time it takes for your television show to actually start. To celebrate the fact that ALL of our videos are now 7 minutes maximum we are giving YOU the opportunity to have a 2weeks FREE COACHING on us. This offer is only available for 1 week. Click the link in the bio to get your 2 WEEK FREE COACHING today.
