I never imagined this group would turn into this.
What started as a simple idea for connection has grown because people chose to step in and support others.

Local businesses. Big hearts. Real community.

This space exists because generosity showed up, again and again.

If you’ve been watching quietly, consider this your sign: there’s room for you here.

Want to be part of what we’re building? Send a message. 🤍

Still feeling so grateful for everyone who showed up, shared space, and supported one another for the Mental Health Workshop we hosted earlier this month. ♥️

Because of this community, we were able to raise $400 for Simcoe Muskoka Family Connexions.

Mental health matters, and nights like this remind me how powerful connection really is.

What an absolutely amazing night. 🤍

Tonight was a night where a group of women came together to connect on the struggles and strengths of motherhood. We found calm in knowing so many of us have lost our sense of identity as we stepped into the overbearing chaos motherhood brings.

There were so many new faces tonight, which showed just how much this community needs connection in motherhood more than ever.

I hope each woman walked away with an “ah ha” moment and will be able to put their goals in place for 2026.

Thank you to everyone who came out and thank you to all of our amazing local businesses who donated to tonight’s event.

Day 3 Equine Therapy. Do you ever notice that when you’re ready for change life teases you with challenges to see how committed you are.. that’s the kind of morning I had today. I cannot explain how or why this works to embody safety but I felt all my defences come down today at the barn with Carley! #mainstreamtherapy #therapy #equineassistedtherapy

Once again, I’m teaming up with Mainstream Therapy to host another “Sip & Lean” fundraiser through the mom group I run here in Midland. This evening is built around something every mom knows too well: the quiet, complicated struggle of finding yourself again while raising tiny humans who need so much of you.

Motherhood changes us in ways no one warns us about. It stretches us, softens us, and sometimes leaves us wondering where our own identity slipped away. This night is meant to give that feeling a voice—to remind every mom that she’s seen, she’s valued, and she doesn’t have to navigate any of it alone.

This year, we’re taking that love a step further by supporting Simcoe Muskoka Family Connexions. Every dollar raised will help bring a bit of warmth and holiday cheer to families who are walking through their own hard seasons. It’s community lifting community, the way it’s meant to be.

We’ll have a raffle table filled with beautiful prizes donated by people and local businesses who believe in this cause just as deeply. It’s one of my favourite parts… because it shows just how much heart lives in this community.

If you feel called to join us, grab your ticket through the link below. Last time, we reached capacity quicker than any of us expected.

And if you’d like to contribute a prize and be part of that ripple of kindness, I’m just a message away.

Nourishing November is our theme for the month! We try our best to create a positive atmosphere for people when they enter our space. We’re really good at doing this with our clients. Sometimes life gets busy and we can drop the ball in practicing to keep our internal system fun and quirky. When we water what’s important we can keep it growing 🤩💕🥰🦄🌹
