✨ A breathtaking evening of dance in NYC! ✨

Thomas/Ortiz Dance was honored to return to the Battery Dance Festival, performing beneath a misty, glowing sunset along the New York City waterfront! 🌅

There was something truly magical about sharing our work outdoors, surrounded by dancers and audiences from around the world!

Thank you, Battery Dance @batterydance , for the opportunity to return to this extraordinary festival and for 45 years of celebrating dance, its history, and its power to bring people together. We are so grateful to have been part of it once again! ❤️ @mairead_moore @deannaagarciaa @ballet199 @thebeachyballerina1231 @nataliegasparini @deannaagarciaa Costumes by: @nicoleelainetutus

This past Sunday, we gathered under the autumn sky for a stunning “Starry Night” fundraiser, supporting Christina Fagundes’ newest creation and the continued work of Thomas/Ortiz Dance. With live music, cocktails, and heartfelt generosity, the evening was as inspiring as it was beautiful!
Thank you to everyone who made the night a success! Your support helps bring new art to life on stage! Also don’t forget.., an unforgettable evening is approaching! Join us Friday, October 24 at the Ailey Citigroup Theater for SYNERGY, a collaborative performance by Thomas/Ortiz Dance and East Coast Contemporary Ballet celebrating the power and connection of contemporary and modern ballet!
