31 flights, 1 month solo road trip, 28 cities, 4 epic countries, and one of the most dangerous trails backpacked ✈️ 🗺️ 🥾 all while navigating strict health protocols and the ups and downs of healing.

2024 was a year of pushing boundaries and finding that calm amidst the chaos ✨ I took more “me” time than ever before, building my tools in the inner peace toolbox. This year I learned that I’m strong and that sometimes strength is shown in the grace you give yourself and others.

I’m incredibly grateful for the love and support from the amazing people in my life. Thank you for making this year a special one 💕

I cannot wait for all the beauty that 2025 will bring!
