Some moments are bigger than music. 💙🙏🏻🎧 I’m truly humbled and honored to be part of today’s 20th Annual Make-A-Wish Walk for Wishes in Sleepy Hollow, NY! 🌟 Throughout my journey as a DJ, music has blessed me with the opportunity to be part of some incredible moments. But being able to use what I love to bring smiles, happiness, and positive energy to children and families means something truly special. Today at 11AM, I’ll have the privilege of leading the walk with nothing but feel-good music, love, and uplifting energy! 🎶🎧💙 At the end of the day, it’s not just about the music we play, but the lives we touch and the memories we help create. Halloween season in Westchester hits its peak this weekend, and the fall weather finally showed up for it! 🍂 Tarrytown’s Halloween Parade & Block Party takes over downtown Saturday night, Mamaroneck parades to Harbor Island Park on Sunday, and there’s trick-or-treating everywhere from Cross County Center to Smith’s Tavern in Armonk. The grown-ups get their share too, with an overnight horror marathon at Jacob Burns, Rocky Horror at Tarrytown Music Hall, HauntFest at Wildcliff, and the Whose Line crew improvising in Tarrytown. 👻 🚨 Heading to Tarrytown or Sleepy Hollow? The crowds will be dense, so here are a few tips. Park at the Tarrytown train station and walk. Skip the lines and eat at The Hollows at DeCicco’s @deciccos overlooking the Hudson. And don’t miss The Creepshow at Connor McGinn’s studio on Central Ave. It’s free to visit, and you’ll never look at your coffee mug the same way again. ☕ Also note that TaSH Farmers Market moves to Sunday this weekend because of the parade. 🚨 Leaf peepers, it’s a great weekend for that drive north! It’s the weekend before Halloween and in addition to the many ongoing festive experiences, this weekend brings many new options for family fun. 🎃 A special highlight to the Harvest Mess and Music Fest on Atria Field in Briarcliff Manor on Saturday from 10am-2pm. The scheduled is packed with family-friendly musical performance, goats!, theater performances, bubbles, and so many vendors and activities for all children. It kicks off with a sensory-sensitive hour from 10-11am. It is a FREE event but we ask that you bring a new, unwrapped toy for our holiday drive! 🎁 Where are you headed this weekend? 🍂

Max is from Ossining, and his wish was to meet Elmo. Make-A-Wish Hudson Valley made it happen on the set of Sesame Street. Now he's the Grand Marshal of the 20th Walk for Wishes. That's Sunday, October 25 at Kingsland Point Park in Sleepy Hollow, and it doubles as a Halloween party on the river. Costume contests (your dog can enter too), a glass pumpkin patch, face painting, food trucks and live music. Every step raises money for the next local kid's wish. @makeawishhv turns 40 this year and has granted more than 3,500 wishes so far.
