“I’m a hair-down bride. That’s why I chose you.” 💕✨🫶

A bride said this to me yesterday, and it really stuck with me.

Because some of you have always pictured yourself getting married with your hair down. You don’t want to feel like a different person on your wedding day. You just want your hair to feel a little more special.

And that’s exactly what I love creating.

Hair down doesn’t have to mean one particular style. It can be glossy Hollywood Waves, soft romantic waves, bouncy curls, beautiful volume or a half-up style that keeps the hair around your face just how you like it.

It’s about finding the right shape, finish and details to complement you, your dress and the way you want to feel.

So if you’re a hair-down bride, I want you to know you’re in the right place. 💕

Getting married in 2027 or 2028 and already know you want your hair down?

My 2028 diary isn’t open just yet, but you can join my waitlist to be the first to hear when it does.

Comment BRIDE below and I’ll send you the details. ✨

When you see my Hollywood Waves, you see the finished result.

You don’t see the years of learning, practising and figuring things out that came before them.

I came from the salon, where I was confident with cutting, colouring and blow-dries. But bridal hairstyling was a completely different skill set.

I had to learn how to prep hair properly, create shape, pin securely and understand why certain techniques worked better than others.

And slowly, things started to click.

I developed my skills, found the styles I loved creating and built my reputation around them.

I’m sharing this because I know there are hairdressers out there who would love to get into bridal but feel like they should already know how to do it.

You don’t.

You can learn the foundations, build your confidence and develop your own style along the way.

If bridal hair is something you’ve been thinking about but you’re not sure where to start, DM me START. I’d love to hear about where you are on your journey.

Ok I LIED. I was in a low signal area so couldn’t re- edit the video, it actually took me 20 mins to do this change.. I looked back at the footage of this.
It’s about working smart.. prepping the hair for the next hair change ready to GO! When brides often ask for second looks it’s very likely the time they initially planned is cut shorter on a wedding morning.

I have a fair amount of experience in this to know your almost garunteed a change in the schedule for the second look should anything over run.. extenuating circumstances do apply !!

Look at this look though, a boho braid still keeping it clean.. it’s my thing.
