”As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.“
‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭27‬:‭17‬ ‭NIV‬‬

We learn from others, we teach others, and they teach others. Coaching is the gift that keeps on giving and I feel so blessed to be surrounded by the people that I am day in and day out and to be able to pass on my knowledge and passion to my clients AND the best past is when I see them impacting other people’s lives with the knowledge and results they have gained through working with me!

No matter who you are or what you do, just know people are watching and when you are making noticeable changes in your life you are inspiring and impacting others even when you don’t realize it. SO KEEP GOING YOU ARE MAKING A DIFFERENCE 👏🏼

Had to cancel my membership to the gym so I have to make do with what I got! It’s time to start getting my body back to feeling good! 🏋🏽‍♀️
✨
When I was pregnant I lost over 30 lbs, and losing all my muscle that I had worked so hard to gain took a huge toll on my mental, and then gaining fat in places I’ve never had before after baby/while nursing but I’m ready to get back to it. I absolutely hate the way I look in these videos but it’s time we’re all honest about how we actually look on days we’re not made up and posing for the camera🥴 so here it is my body, at possibly the worst angles ever 😂

Wizards 25th Anniversary Reunion Performance recap! 🍾🎊🎉

From practicing with 25 years of @washwizards dance creatives, to walking back on the @nba court to perform under the stadium lights…last week was unforgettable!

We embraced each other, we shared memories, we cried, we laughed, and we danced! God really did his thing when he pushed me to join the NBA. Who knew we’d end up with a beautiful family of likeminded souls.

As always, thanks @dancewhitdee @thequeencole_ for rallying all of us together! Literally took in every second of being back home with the OGs, the Wizards Girls, and the Wizards Dancers!

Until next time…love always 💙♥️🏀#WDBrittany #WGBrittany 💋💋 Professional dancer

Find Your Tribe 💜👯‍♀️

8+ years ago I met @stephholeary via an app created by @emilyhayden and we instantly hit it off!

Me being the silly American I thought we lived close since I live close to the BC border but joke was on me since she actually lives in SK (not even going to try to spell it 🤣). About a year after talking basically everyday via text or Facetime Steph’s hubs was going to be coaching his team about 20 minutes away from where I lived - literally what are the odds? So Steph came to visit and has been back every year since! She lands tonight for trip #8.

We have been through the highest of highs and lowest of lows together and I am forever thankful the internet brought us together 🙌🏻.

We live in a pretty cool day in age where we can connect with people around the world! The internet and social media can be a dangerous place but when used for the right reasons can completely change your life!! Don’t be afraid to say hi or compliment people when you see them doing great things, you never know where it might lead!
