This Halloween, we’re bringing Ward back to our hometown for a night of emerging sounds, powerful talents, costumes, and a little darkness. From Alexandria to Cairo, Hurghada, Dahab, and beyond, we’re bringing different sounds and communities together on one dancefloor. @fathalla.lp opens the night with a special performance. We’re proud to be part of his journey and support his sound in his hometown. @whoisgoubi returns for his second Ward appearance, this time in Alexandria. Another local talent bringing his energy and powerful flows to the floor. We couldn’t get enough of @malalaalaaa so having her back for Halloween felt right. The Cairo-based multidisciplinary artist and DJ brings her playful mixing and distinct musical taste. @kamal_kee comes all the way from Hurghada to support Ward, as always. This time, he’s joining us live in Alexandria for the first time, sharing his newest projects exclusively with us beyond the airwaves. Alexandria’s favourite @hwa_fi_eh is finally coming to her lovely community. We’re excited to bring her back to the city with unexpected energy and new sounds for a special night on the dancefloor. @nabothedangerboy coming in from Cairo. We’ve been backing his sound since Ward’s early days, and now we’re bringing him to Alexandria. We’re glad to celebrate his sound as we keep making different sounds accessible to everyone. Costumes encouraged. Bring your darkest ideas, your weirdest characters, and whatever you’ve been saving for Halloween. We’re going all in on the atmosphere, so come dressed for the occasion. Introducing our 2nd artist for the Nabd AmbiTent — Malak Hossam, aka Malalaalaaa. A Cairo-based multidisciplinary artist, DJ, and somatic practitioner, Malalaalaa moves effortlessly between techno, leftfield club music, and experimental sounds. Her playful and unpredictable approach to mixing brings together dreamy textures, energy, and a distinct palate for all kinds of music — always with a strong connection to movement and the dancefloor. A familiar presence in Cairo’s underground scene, she has shared lineups with artists including Jane Fitz, Liliane Chlela, Zeina, 3Phaz, and Hassan Abou Alam, while also being a key part of communities like Fractal Cairo and Music Fair Cairo.
