Today is a very special day for me. 🏛️❤️

Today, El Templo officially paid off the credit I took to purchase the equipment that helped bring this little dream to life. The bars, the weights, the machines, the toys I get to use every day to do what I love. 💪🏽

And I can’t celebrate this milestone without saying thank you.

To every client who has trusted me with their time, their goals, their struggles, and their progress. To every person I’ve had the privilege of working with during these four years since moving to Nashville. To the people I worked alongside in Playa del Carmen, and to everyone who has taught me, supported me, encouraged me, and shared this road with me.

Every session, every conversation, every person has been part of this. This business was built one relationship at a time.

And to my wife, Jen: thank you for believing in me, supporting my crazy dreams, and making room for this new chapter in our lives. You are the manager of my heart, my inspiration, and one of the people who makes it possible for me to keep building. I owe you so much. ❤️

I’m almost 50, and I never imagined that one day I would have my own business—let alone a business doing what I love most: serving people, being useful, and helping others become a little stronger, healthier, and more confident.

To be even a tiny part of someone else’s journey fills my heart with so much joy.

So today, I’m celebrating more than a paid-off credit. I’m celebrating trust, hard work, love, and the courage to build something I once only dreamed about.

Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, to everyone who has been part of El Templo and this journey.

The dream is real. And we keep building. 🏛️💪🏽❤️

Corporate life, but make it game day. 🏈💙

Spent part of today volunteering with my Vanderbilt Health crew as we celebrated the new partnership with the Tennessee Titans.

One of my favorite things about working in Nashville is getting to be part of moments that connect our work to the great community around us, and to the bigger mission of supporting the health and well-being of the people who call it home.

And apparently, I take pom-pom responsibilities very seriously. 😂

Really fun day with a really great crew. 💙🖤💛

A little throwback to book delivery day! 📦📚

I couldn’t have brought 21,000 copies of Look at Me, Look What I Can Do! into the world without a little, or A LOT, of help from my friends. 💪🏼

From unloading 15,000 lbs. of boxes on pallets from a semi to storage...I'm so lucky to have you in my life, @katelynpresti @utvolgirl @mallypal @ajkrossofficial @sarahlohrmann @mariettaplum @sala_sorous @melaniemeriney

And of course if you know the film industry, it's hard to schedule around work! So @timyoder was there in spirit 💛

Happy full day at El Templo! 🏛️❤️

A whiteboard full of checkmarks. ✅
A room full of smiles. 😄
A whole lot of people choosing to show up for themselves. 💪🏽

This is what El Templo looks like on a full day: friends cheering each other on, bodies getting stronger, laughter between sets, and the simple joy of movement.

Every checkmark tells a story of consistency, effort, and progress. And getting to witness those stories every single day is something I’ll never take for granted.

Thank you to every single person who walks through these doors and makes this place what it is. You are the heartbeat of El Templo. ❤️

Let’s keep moving, growing, and enjoying the journey together. 🙌🏽✨

To speak about my friend Mallory is to speak about someone who has turned her journey into something deeply intentional… almost like art and science woven together 🧠✨

It’s been a year and a half since we started working together, but the truth is—she was already doing the hard work long before I arrived. Learning, falling, getting back up, and choosing to keep going when it would’ve been easier to stop. That kind of persistence is rare 🚶🏽‍♀️

Since our first sessions together, I’ve had the privilege of witnessing something truly powerful: a human being slowly, honestly, and courageously rebuilding her relationship with her body, her mind, and her emotions 🫶🏽

Alongside our work together, she also made the powerful decision to work with a nutritionist—bringing even more structure, awareness, and care into her journey. That combination of support and commitment has been a beautiful part of her transformation 🌱

And what moves me the most is this… fitness was never just about weight, or numbers, or appearances. It became a space where she learned herself. Where she learned patience. Where she learned to stay with herself even on the hard days 🌧️

That kind of transformation doesn’t happen quickly. It happens in quiet decisions. In private discipline. In moments no one sees. And Mallory has lived all of that with grace, even when it wasn’t easy.

Very few people I’ve met bring this level of honesty and devotion to their own growth. There is something deeply beautiful about the way she does this work—no shortcuts, no pretending, just real effort and real heart 🎯

In these photos, you see her in a dress she loves 💃🏽
But what I see is something deeper… two moments in time that reflect the same truth: a woman choosing herself over and over again. Choosing healing. Choosing strength. Choosing love ❤️

And that is Mallory.
Not just someone who transformed her body—but someone who transformed the way she shows up in her own life.

I’m grateful to witness it 🤍
