Today is World Spine Day, so let's give your spine the credit it deserves. 🦴It protects your nervous system, supports your body, and keeps you moving through pregnancy, parenting, desk days, and everything in between.

Small habits help: change positions often, take movement breaks, build core and back strength, and don't ignore the little aches. Persistent pain, numbness, or pain that disrupts your everyday life deserves a proper assessment.

Share this with someone who's been putting up with back pain. Book with our team via our link in bio.

A baby is not a tiny adult.
So why would we assess and adjust them like one?

Adjusting an infant starts long before your hands make an adjustment.

What are you seeing when that baby first comes into the room?

How are they being held?
Where is their head resting?
Is their mouth open or closed?
How are they breathing?
How are they moving?
What does their tone tell you?
What compensatory patterns are already developing?

In Pediatric Adjusting: 0 to 2 Years, we put the pieces together.

Using my Architecture of Neurodevelopment as the framework, we look at how regulation, organization and early developmental experiences help shape movement, posture, oral function, tone and compensation.

From there, we move into a complete pediatric examination and hands on assessment, so you can better understand what you are seeing, what you are feeling and what may be driving the pattern in front of you.

We will cover infant anatomy and spinal development, tone, neurodevelopment, oral function, suck and feeding, cranial assessment, pediatric TMJD, torticollis, plagiocephaly, developmental movement patterns and more.

A major focus of the weekend is refining your hands on skills. We will work through a wide range of pediatric adjusting techniques, when to choose one approach over another, what your hands should be feeling and how to let your assessment guide the adjustment.

If you see babies in practice, or you WANT to feel more confident seeing them, this weekend was created for you.

👅 One thing we check in every baby? Oral function.

Because feeding is about so much more than a latch.

Tongue movement, jaw function, suck, swallow, breathing, coordination and more can all give us important clues about how a baby is functioning.

Swipe through to see what we're looking at — and why it matters. 💛

Who says you can’t play at work?

We got some new toys in for our Primitive Reflex Program and we always try everything out. Today our very own Sam got to try it out and after many bloopers and laughs she nailed it!

Stay tuned for more toy testing that is all about 🧠 brain, visual tracking 👀 , movement 💪🏻and development mixed with lots of laughs and smiles.

Your body was never meant to stay the same.

It's meant to grow.
To stretch.
To strengthen.
To age.
To recover.
To adapt.

Every stage asks something different of you—and of your body.

At Frame, we don't promise to stop change. We help you move through it with confidence, comfort, and support.

From newborn snuggles to first steps.
From pregnancy to postpartum.
From busy parenthood to healthy aging.

Whatever season you're in, we'll meet you there.

✨ Living in a body is hard.
💙 We help make it easier.

"They're fine—they'll grow out of it."

Maybe.

But more often, babies don't simply grow out of things—they grow into the next stage of development.

Every milestone places new demands on their growing body. Rolling requires a different strategy than tummy time. Crawling asks for strength and coordination. Walking changes everything again.

Milestone visits aren't about looking for problems. They're about supporting healthy movement, checking how your child is adapting, and helping them build a strong foundation for whatever comes next.

Sometimes that means reassurance.
Sometimes it means a few simple play ideas. Sometimes it's hands-on care to help them move more comfortably.

Because development isn't a finish line—it's a series of adaptations. We love helping you and your little ones navigate every stage.
