Ever since about middle school, I’ve had lucid dreams, strange things I couldn’t explain during sleep so when @livelifeinflow @theflowtrip reached out to have me illustrate a spread for their sleep issue I was able to pull from more than just your typical dream motives. I interjected so many Easter eggs from my own dream experience. Also had like 20 something sheep in there, so go find them and check them out even snag your own copy on their website. #illustration #magazine #luciddream #fyp #timelapse

Choreographing a film where all the animals in the world sing “Happy Birthday” at the same time has proven extremely difficult. So, you’re looking at the next best thing, a small thank-you note disguised as a magazine for Sir David Attenborough. It’s not every year the notable lad from England turns 100. Some might say that an entire edition of our publication dedicated to Sir David’s 100th birthday pales in comparison to the celebration of presence, wonder, and storytelling he has provided the world, and those people might be right. But here we are. A nod to the quiet miracles of things unfolding exactly as they should. Welcome to The David Attenborough Issue. Eventually we’ll find out. Someone submitted this guy stuck in a tree for The Flow Photo Contest in 2023 and we can’t seem to locate the photographer for the life of us. We’ve all got problems. Hope you’re not stuck in a tree somewhere.

A look behind the curtain.

Out now is The Home Issue. After that is The Sleep Issue. There is no Dog Issue in 2026 but there is The David Attenborough Issue, The Surf Issue, The Photo Issue, The Florida Issue and The Interview Issue where 18 people we greatly admire will each interview one person who they admire. To ensure we don’t get bored, there’s the Flow Photo Contest with @kodak and friends. $50,000 big ones available. Dating advice from @stulopoten. Partnerships with folks like @patagonia @ouraring @framebridge. Then there’s the almost daily newsletter we call the Afternoon Delight. The Sunday Morning Playlist, invites to come stay @livelifeinflow for a night or two, job openings to join the crew, quality concerts and events, the occasional lottery ticket and late night with @maltt89 but maybe most important…giveback programs and initiatives we are fortunate enough to support with local and national organizations such as @surfrider @musicfarming @charitywater @hihowareyouproject @rewild and others at the Flow buildings. Thanks for being here. We should probably do The Dog Issue next year.
