this and… ✨

What would you add?

What was the magical part for you if you’ve been on one of my retreats?

Because to me It’s about the connection.

And maybe this is what yoga really is.

The deeper we connect to ourselves,
the deeper we connect to life around us 🤍

I’m still in awe at how all the elements came together this September, creating a true Symphony of Synergy. ✨

It all started with the handpans from @sewhandpan — a year ago they reached out and invited me to their magical space at Macia Torre Luciana. @masseriatorreluciana

What unfolded when my students and I finally arrived there was beyond anything I could have imagined. None of us had ever played an instrument before, yet within just few days we became like a little orchestra — flowing, vibrating, even playing Coldplay together. The resonance wasn’t just in the music… it went straight into our bones and hearts. 💫

Every detail around us amplified this flow:
🌿 @potentillacosmesi gifted us with beautiful body creams and solid shower bars infused with Malva flowers, oats, and wild botanicals. What could have been an ordinary shower turned into a ritual of care. Their products felt like nature’s embrace, reminding us that harmony lives in the smallest moments too.

🍹 And then there was @mia_kombucha — colorful, sparkling drinks of probiotic love. Each sip felt like bringing the same synergy we created in music into our bodies, nourishing our inner ecosystem with living cultures and so much joy.

Together, these elements — all merged into something bigger than us. A retreat that reminded me once again: flow cannot be forced, but when it arrives, it carries you into wholeness. 🥹

I’m deeply grateful to everyone who made this retreat possible and to each student who came with an open heart. We are already returning next year… 16–20 September 2026 — mark your calendars. 🥁🥳

✨ Mallorca Spirit Festival – this year’s theme was New Earth. For me, it wasn’t about some faraway ideal—it was about living it, here and now. Coming together in community, practicing, sharing, dancing, crying, laughing, and remembering what truly matters. Connection. Presence. Joy. Staying open and honest.

Some of the moments that made it real:

💫 Practicing with incredible souls—activated by @gyana_yoga & @yasmins.yoga, flowing and chanting with @natyoga_007 🧡, and opening my heart in @alit.barsadeh’s class 🩵 Finally crossing paths on the mat felt so special 🥰

💫 Being moved by @taoiwellness’ voice activation and learning a total game changer in the art of communication in @sarahwarnaar’s women’s circle 🌹🫶🏼 (forever grateful) 💋

💫 Meeting radiant crystal queen @doramolina and glowing with our @vitajuwel magic 💎✨

💫 Dancing, singing, and letting go to the music of @dunes.music, @janax_pacha @hanumanproject & the one and only @pao.pamaki 🪶

💫 Realizing my Virgo sister @karo.spiritual.business and I share the same birthday—and of course, dancing like wild ones together ♍️🐍

💫 A sweet Barcelona connection with my friends @fannysahlstrom & @kayinbarcelona 💕

On Sunday morning, I had the honor of guiding Synergy Yoga—the Mother Earth Space was overflowing, buzzing with energy, and filled with real “synergy” connection. 🙏💓🌀

After 4 years on this island, I feel myself rooting, finding my tribe, and becoming part of something that feels like home.✨

Grateful to @gyana_yoga, @davidlurey & @yasmins.yoga for creating this space where New Earth is not just an idea, but something we practice together. 🫶🏼

My heart is full ❤️‍🔥 Already looking forward to the next one.

“May I remember.” 🎶

♥️ When hearts and minds align, the weather outside doesn’t matter- the sun 🌞 is always shining within 🔥

At the beautiful @suryalilayoga in Andalusia, @julietta_berlin and I, fueled by our purpose, friendship and mutual admiration, co~led an amazing retreat.

As two strong women with a passion for yoga, we discovered the incredible synergy that our combined energies created, not just between us but within our beautiful group. 📿

Despite rainy weather, the sun shone brightly inside our big golden hearts, making every moment a celebration of warmth and connection. 💃

It was more then just a yoga retreat, it was journey of self-reflection, where laughter, tears, and profound insights were shared in a safe space. 🙏🏼

We uncovered what truly makes us vibrant and energized 💫

This experience was a testament of the power of connection and the transformative impact of supportive friendship. ✨

Greatful to each Bright Light that joined us! 💛

Magical memories from our Summer Yoga Retreat in Deia, Mallorca. @sonrullanmallorca

We welcomed beautiful humans from different destinations and for this few days we became a little family. Sharing and caring for each other. We reconnected with ourselves, majestic nature and the potency of this espectacular venue.

Our every cell was nourished by the most delicious vegan living food prepared by @zuzanna_soulfood and her one and only assistant @lambertbuzz 🙏💚

We were supported with healing touch by @kalarimura 🙏❤️‍🔥

We empowered our family with daily workshops including “art of touch” by @oxyoga.co , Cacao ceremony with body painting and Synergy Yoga by @malva.yoga and insightful meditations.

This was truly a dive into wellness and healing on so many levels. Health is a journey, a discovery, a leaning & a daily practice.

🔥 We continue on next upcoming retreat in September ✨ JOIN US! Last two spots available!
