I couldn’t IMAGINE if I never met the broskis. 😭👩🏻‍🐰‍👩🏽

I’ve heard if you want to go fast, go alone. But if you want to go FAR, go together.

My dream is to build a legacy for my family. But I know what can be even sweeter of it all is linking arms with other woman who want to build a legacy for their family too! 😭✨

Watching my people WIN is so much sweeter & better than my solo wins. It’s an indescribable feeling 🥹

I also couldn’t imagine not knowing the people I know because I said YES to an opportunity to leverage social media, share amazing products & helping people change their lives. I’m so thankful for obedience. 👏🏼

Imagine if I said no? 😳

Ecclesiastes 4:9-12 ♥️

Can’t wait to add more strong, like minded women to our squad from all over the world. 👏🏼🧴✨🧖🏻‍♀️

Let’s this be your sign. 🤏🏼

Okayyy… if growing longer, stronger, fuller-looking hair is on your hair-goal list, you need to see this. 👀🤎

I’m introducing you to the **MONAT IR Clinical System** — a 4-step routine that takes your hair care from the shower to the inside out. ✨

🫧 **IR Clinical Thickening Shampoo**
Cleanses and strengthens while helping increase the appearance of thicker, fuller-looking hair. Plus, clinical results showed **84% less hair fall.**

💧 **IR Clinical Thickening Conditioner**
Hydrates, conditions and strengthens your strands while helping improve manageability. Clinical results showed **91% less hair fall.**

✨ **IR Clinical Hair Thinning Defense Serum**
The step you don’t want to skip! This lightweight scalp serum is designed to help reduce breakage and support thicker, fuller-looking hair. Results showed **92% less hair fall and 92% less breakage**, with thicker, fuller-looking hair in **60 days.**

💊 **MONAT THE IR™ Supplement**
Because hair care isn’t only about what you put ON your hair. 💁🏻‍♀️
This once-daily capsule supports hair health from the **inside out**, helping support longer, stronger, denser, shinier-looking hair.

So basically…

**Cleanse → Condition → Treat your scalp → Support from within.**

That’s the routine. 💜

I’m not here to promise overnight magic—hair takes time. But if you’re serious about your hair goals, having a consistent routine can make all the difference.

**Who’s ready to start their hair-growth journey? 👀🤎

I thought I was saying yes to a business opportunity… I didn’t realize I was saying yes to a community I didn’t even know I needed. 🤎

Women who celebrate your wins, sit with you through the hard days, push you to grow, remind you who you are, and genuinely want to see you succeed.

MONAT has given me so much more than products or a paycheck. It’s given me friendships, confidence, growth, purpose, and a room full of women I probably never would’ve met otherwise. 📸🤎😭

And somewhere along the way, these women became more than my business partners. They became my people. 🥹 turned strangers into friends, and friends into family.

If you’ve been craving community, purpose, something of your own, or just a place where you feel seen… maybe this is your sign to stop watching from the outside. 🤎

I came for the opportunity. I stayed for the women. 🫶🏽 Thank you Jesus.

DM me “COMMUNITY” if you’ve ever wondered what this could look like for you. ☕️

There’s way too much potential on the other side of “what if?” to keep talking yourself out of the life you actually want.

Go after the dream. Start the thing. Put yourself out there. Do it scared if you have to.

Just don’t let fear make the decision for you. 🤍

I used to think I just needed to work harder, stay motivated and keep pushing.

But sometimes what you really need is to get around women who remind you what’s possible. ✨

Women who dream bigger.

Women who celebrate your wins.

Women who challenge you to grow.

Women who want MORE out of life, and aren’t afraid to go after it.

That’s what building this business has given me that I never expected.

Yes, we’re building businesses…but we’re also building confidence, friendships, memories and a life that feels really GOOD to live. 🤍

Find the women who make you want to rise.

And then rise together. ✨

My friend recently texted our group chat asking us to describe her, and before we knew it, we were all hyping each other up, sharing what we love most about one another... and getting way too emotional about it. 🙃😭

There’s something really special about having friends who see the best in you, remind you of the good in yourself, and genuinely think the world of you.

So with that, here’s a little “about me” through the lens of my friends. 🤎🥹

No music because you HAVE to hear the original audio on these videos (slide 10 🙈)

Probably my best teaching tool is showing you EXACTLY what we did. Granted social media is a different climate my partners that are crushing it are primarily ‘working’ their business offline.

The rad part is now you can truly have incredible opportunities to sell or build both ways & after 9 years we’ve got it down to a science.

When I started with MONAT I worked 3 jobs, had melt downs from burn out on the regular, all I wanted was to be a present mother & be in charge of earning more. I was a hustler, I build my hair business from zero to as big as I could.

I saw the girls online sharing about Monat & earning an income from their phones. No inventory or purchase commitment was a major selling point- as well as a 30 day money back guarantee on my business box.

Literally the best $300 bucks I’ve ever spent.
Back then that was the smallest product pack, now it’s $149 & the comp plan bonus opportunities have increased by 500% than when I started. 🤯

Monat is in the same momentum it was when I joined & my girls that are running are experiencing that. The wave is here & I’m so proud to represent MONAT through all the growing pains.

Truly THANK YOU to the entire Urdaneta family for giving us such an incredible opportunity. Hundreds in our downline have made over $100k, dozens have earned the car, and we have a handful of 7 & 8 figure earners 😭😭😭😭.

Not to mention THOUSANDS of amazing customers & reps who are obsessed with their hair & our team alone sells multiple millions a month.

I had NO IDEA what I was getting into on June 21st 2017.. but GOD DID. And I promise to continue to give it my all & steward what He’s blessed us with😭
