Behind every great builder is a commitment to doing things properly. 🛠️
Working alongside @manchenconstruction has been a great reminder that when builders take pride in their craft, the results speak for themselves.
Grateful for the trust and the kind testimonial.
Helping builders share their work with the right audience is exactly why Arrow exists. 🚀

🌎Whilst in LA, we had the chance to catch up with one of our amazing builders that we get to work with!
Chen from @manchenconstruction

Working with builders across the globe means we don’t always get to meet in person, but we love it when we do. It’s the perfect chance to connect, share ideas, and keep our relationships strong with the people behind these amazing builds!

Chen is not just an incredible builder, but also a fantastic client and partner. We truly value the relationship we’ve built and the energy, dedication, and expertise he brings to every project. Thanks Chen 🙏🚀

December photo dump. I’m heading into the holidays with a light work schedule. I will be around nudging existing projects along but nothing too intense for the next two weeks. Instead I’m looking forward to low stress, fuss free, quality hangs with family and friends. A respectable amount of seasonal cheer. I wish a wonderful holiday season to you too!

Heyo. Is it pool season yet? I’m sick of this May Gray cloudy wet weather we have been having in LA. When we can finally take that dip, here is an appreciation post for 2x8 zellige tile that was versatile in a backyard renovation as the pool waterline, the bbq counter cladding, and the base of the fire table. We also used the same white plaster in the three areas. As the pool resurface material, the bbq bar countertop, and the fire table top. Nice👌

THIS asymmetrical light pendant moment ✨

Even though I decided to create a new light location and place it in the ceiling of a former small bedroom turned generous primary bath, it’s off center on purpose. To feel like a vestige of an existing light location and infuse the space with a sense of history. Along with a more antique style. That’s how my brain works.

We are very excited to announce #offsetadu has been nominated as Building of the Year in the House category at @archdaily . Thanks to everyone involved in the project: photos @taiyo_watanabe , Builder @manchenconstruction, Interior @denlosangeles , art on the wall @mollyshoelace , and the most wonderful clients @courtney_wm and @djmandel , thanks again . This is an interesting competition because it is based on the number of people who actually view your project online, no entrance fee. Voting will begin next month. More to come . Thanks to everyone who helped out again !

Woof that was a draining week. I’m looking forward to quiet backyard hangs and some holiday shopping this weekend. LA people - besides @midland_market where else should I get my dose of the holidaze locally?
