@alexanderfamily37 has 14 kids! 11 girls and 3 boys. (3 in college and 1 in heaven) We have 11 with one on the way.

That’s 26 kids between two families.

It’s always such a blessing to meet families that get it. I know I didn’t get it until I lived it.

But we’re here to say this…it’s so much better than you’re thinking it is.

There’s no better life than one planned by the Lord!

Day 3 was the PINNACLE!! 🔥🏀🙌🏾

A day full of energy, fun, servant leadership, and of course… Shaq! 💪🏾

Words can’t fully express the success of this year’s Collins Skills Camp! Our coaches and trainers poured everything they had into these campers all week long. Our registration and security teams worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure everything flowed smoothly and, most importantly, that every camper was safe.

We are incredibly grateful to have partnered with Shaq over the last five years, bringing fun, excitement, encouragement, and IMPACT to communities through the game of basketball. What started as a camp has become so much bigger than basketball!

The skills will improve. The memories will last. But the character and impact are what matter most! 🙏🏾

Year 5 is officially in the books…and I can’t wait to see where God takes us next year! 👀🔥

To God be ALL the glory! 🙌🏾

Day 2 did NOT disappoint at the Collins Annual Skills Camp!! 🏀🔥

We advanced the skills, raised the intensity, and pushed our campers a little further—all while continuing to challenge and build their CHARACTER!

Because at the end of the day, it’s bigger than basketball! 💯

Skills will help you on the court, but CHARACTER will carry you through life!

Day 2 ✅ The standard keeps rising! 🙌🏾🔥

BE PRESENT. NOT PERFECT. BRO. 🗣️

The goal was never to be the perfect father, man, mentor, or leader.

The goal is to SHOW UP.

Be present for the conversations.
Be present for the victories.
Be present for the struggles.
Be present for the moments that seem small—because those are often the moments that become the memories.

Your children don’t need perfection.

They need your presence.

Don’t let chasing “perfect” cause you to miss what’s happening right now.

Be present. Not perfect, bro. 👊🏾

🔥 F2 21-DAY FITNESS CHALLENGE 🔥
EAT BETTER. THINK BETTER. FEEL BETTER.

Fathers. Father Figures. Men. It’s time to take care of the man who takes care of everybody else.

For the next 21 days, we’re challenging the F2 community to make a commitment to ourselves—and to the people who depend on us.

🥗 Eat better.
🏋🏾‍♂️ Work out.
🧠 Think better.
💪🏾 Build discipline.
❤️ Feel better.

This isn’t about being perfect.
It’s about being intentional.

Because being a present father or father figure requires more than showing up physically. We need the energy, strength, clarity, and discipline to lead our families well.

For 21 days, we’re going to make better choices, push our bodies, sharpen our minds, and hold each other accountable.

21 days. One commitment. A healthier, stronger man on the other side.

F2 isn’t just about being a father.
It’s about becoming the man our families can count on.

Who’s taking the challenge?

Comment “I’M IN” and tag another father, father figure, or brother who needs to do this with you.
