I am off today and enjoyed a wonderful morning catching up with friends. Life can be so quick, so it was meaningful to spend some time together, reflect on our lives and children, and appreciate one another.

Special thank you to Keri Calhoun for just knowing what I need to lift my spirits up. She knows the 2 things I need in life and this beautiful mug captures it all! Thank you sweet friend. 🫶🏻😊

From day 1 to tiny toddlers to prom night — life really is sweeter depending on who you share it with 💛✨

Even miles apart, these two never lost the connection. Growing up in different places didn’t change the way they show up for each other.

A friendship that’s stretched across years and seasons… and still finds its way back for the moments that matter 🤍

Our two Regional Champions let me be in a picture with them. Both of these guys along with our other finalists wrestled well. Tylin was so dominate as always, and Darin Reynolds had a “never give up” attitude that enabled him to gain two come from behind wins. I am just really proud of our team.

I went to Vegas last week with two friends. We attended the Cliff Keen Wrestling Invitational, ate at the El Cortez Restaurant, visited Fremont Street) and saw a lot of Cowboys (It was Cowboy/Rodeo week).

I saw some friends today. Katie and Amy were Wrestling managers back in the day and now they are outstanding women as well as wonderful wives and mothers. Frank has been my friend for a LONG. He is awesome.
