i realized that i rarely share my own fitness experiences at the moment 😅
.
the goal of this page is not just share MY fitness journey but to help educate, inspire, and show off other people’s journeys 😌
.
but @mandyy_puli and i chatted awhile back about how in the fitness industry we go through periods of change where we just don’t feel satisfied without our performance/physique
.
and it can be disheartening because we’ve put so much energy and work into how we look/perform that we still don’t feel like it’s enough /:
.
that is why i wanted to share my own journey through that because i wake up and at times, dont feel content with the progress i’ve made (dont @ me for being my own coach 😂)
.
so here you go…our mind slips. it happens. even the most confident people change their perspective at times but the goal is to look past it and realize this is all part of the process
.
and maybe it’ll just lead to feeling hungry for me 😉
