On October 17th at St. John Paul II Academy, friends and family of Hayden Lewis gathered to complete a 3.21 walk to celebrate and support Hayden and Down Syndrome of Louisville. Hayden is a 5 year old boy who loves potato chips, hanging out with his buds, and of course, posing for the camera.

SQUATtober Day 13 🎃🍑 130 squats DONE! Energy is low. Motivation is lower. But the promise doesn’t change just because the circumstances do. Some days we go hard. Some days we go slow. Some days we just get it done. Adjust the plan. Keep the promise. DO THE THING. 💪 It doesn’t have to be pretty. It just has to happen. Don’t forget to log those steps! 👻😈👹 Who’s still showing up for themselves?! 🫶
