I like seeing what becomes available when people have greater access to themselves

I’m interested in sensation and I’m curious about what we can learn from your body

From your anger or grief, and especially those sensations that you might not have a language for yet

I’m interested in how you process what happens to you. How you transmute experience. And how sensation might show you what is and isn’t working

I’m curious about what happens when we create space for felt experience to hold greater weight in how we understand ourselves

In treatment I’m paying close attention to sensation, to what changes when we stay with it, and to what becomes perceptible over time. The treatment gives us a space to practise this kind of attention together so that it can gradually become something you recognise and use for yourself
