💪 SEE IT. LEARN IT. NAIL IT! 🔥

At F45 Ossington, it’s not just about getting the reps in — it’s about learning to move well! 🎯

Our coaches demonstrate each exercise, showing you the proper technique and form so you can feel confident when it’s your turn to move.

✅ Learn the movement: Watch your coach demonstrate the exercise.

✅ Focus on form: Proper technique helps you move more efficiently and train with greater control.

✅ Progress at your pace: Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced athlete, our coaches can help you find the right level of challenge.

✅ Build confidence: The more you practice, the more comfortable you become with each movement!

Remember, you don’t have to get everything perfect on day one. Show up, ask questions, listen to your coach, and keep improving. That’s what progress looks like! 🙌

🔥 MEET COACH MANON! 💪❤️

Say hello to the newest addition to the F45 Ossington family! 🥳

We asked Coach Manon to share some fun facts about herself, and one thing is for sure… HER ENERGY IS THROUGH THE ROOF! ⚡️😂

If you haven’t met her yet, make sure you introduce yourself at the studio! Manon is all about people, positive vibes, and helping you work toward your fitness goals. She’ll greet you with a warm smile, cheer you on when things get tough, and might even throw in a dance move or two to keep the energy high! 💃🏽🔥

And don’t let that smile fool you… she might just push you a little harder when you need it! 😅💪

We’re so excited to have Coach Manon on the team, bringing her personality, passion, and encouragement to every workout.

Next time you’re at F45 Ossington, give her a big hello and show her some love! ❤️
