Happy National Coaches Day to our amazing coaches at ISI Tega Cay!

Coach Cynthia
Coach John
Coach Manuel
Coach Dre

You do so much more than coach the sessions. You challenge us, encourage us, celebrate our wins, and believe in us when we don’t believe in ourselves. We’re so grateful for the energy and passion you bring to the turf every single day! ISI Tega Cay wouldn’t be the same without you💚.

Coach will be back once we fix the little glitch in his system. We apologize for any inconvenience and will make sure the problem is squared away.

Only the absolute best for our members😌.

ISI Tega Cay HYROX Washington DC 2026 Recap!

We are so incredibly proud of every single one of our athletes who participated in the DC HYROX this past weekend. They have put in the work and trained hard these last few months. They should be incredibly proud of themselves! HYROX is not easy by any means. But it is a great mental and physical challenge that ANYONE is capable of! It was also amazing to see how our Tega Cay community formed together and helped cheer them on during their training as well as from afar while they were competing. Tega Cay is really one big family that enjoys supporting others as they work towards their goals.

As more HYROX races come up in the future, we hope that more of our community is ready to take on the challenge. It is so rewarding to cross that finish line knowing you gave it all you got. If you run the whole thing, great! If you walk the whole thing, amazing! What matters is you showed up. Whatever the reason may be that you decide to do a HYROX, just know that we will be your biggest supporters!

If you have any questions about HYROX or want to have a more in depth conversation about what it entails, we are here for you. Feel free to message us on Instagram or come into the facility and ask our staff as all of them have now completed a HYROX themselves. 💚

Keep on being great ISI Tega Cay💚

FIRST HYROX IN THE BOOKS! 🏁🔥

Not going to lie... this was MENTALLY AND PHYSICALLY CHALLENGING 💀😤 but hands down one of the best fitness experiences l’ve ever had.

Me and my partner stepped into our first
HYROX with no idea exactly what to expect, and we showed up, pushed through every station, and finished STRONG! 💪🏽 🔥

Was it hard? ABSOLUTELY.
Did I want to quit? A FEW TIMES. 😂
Would I do it again? 1000%.

Huge S/O to my coworker @j.edling for encouraging me to sign up. Sometimes you just need somebody to push you outside your comfort zone! 🙌🏽

And much love to my friends and the @isi_tegacay crew for showing up, cheering me on, and bringing the energy! ❤️‍🔥

First HYROX ✅
Next city... LET’S GO! 🌍🔥

Who’s ready to do one with me next? 👀

DC, here we come! 🔥💪

We’re sending a whole crew to HYROX this weekend, and we could not be more excited! From all the training sessions, heavy sleds, sweaty runs, and everything in between… the work is DONE. Now it’s time to show up, have some fun, and leave it all on the floor!

Help us wish our crew GOOD LUCK as they take on HYROX DC! 🖤🔥
