Some days, managing HIV can feel like more than just taking a pill. 🌿

Today, 10 October, is World Mental Health Day. 💭

Living with HIV can come with stress, worries about disclosure, stigma or simply the exhaustion of having to think about your health over and over again.

And when your mental health is struggling, even everyday things like getting treatment, going to appointments or asking for support can feel harder.

That’s why mental health should be part of HIV care, not something we only talk about when things become overwhelming.

If you’re having a difficult time, reaching out to someone you trust or a healthcare professional can be a good first step. 🤝

What an incredible night at Unseen: In Conversation—a thought-provoking discussion on chemsex in London, bringing together sexual health experts, our Advocacy team, and community voices.
A huge thank you to Impulse London for their vital work in chemsex awareness and support. Beatrice Nabulya, testing and volunteer lead for AHF-UK Aids Healthcare Foundation, extends her gratitude for their ongoing efforts in this space.
We also revealed the winning artist behind Unseen—a powerful new artwork shedding light on hidden realities.
Grateful to everyone who joined, shared, and engaged in this important conversation. Let’s keep raising awareness and supporting those who need it.
