CROSSROADS had the home crowd, but we still came away with the dub!! 😂🏀

☔️ PURPLE REIGN x MAN UP 👑 teamed up to take on CROSSROADS Juvenile Center in a Brutal test of wills. It was back-and-forth all night with residents and staff rooting for the home team til the last possession!

The biggest moment for me though was connecting with the young men inside, including a few from Bushwick, Jamaica and the Stuy that played in my tournaments the last few years. I showed love and shared my story — a decade in and out of jail through my teens and 20s, and finding my way back to solid ground.

I know what it’s like wondering what comes next. Your story is still being written. And there are people out here that want to see you win. Believe that.

Much love to the residents and staff. BK will be back, trust. More basketball, more convos, more building.

We’re all carrying something. Let’s keep showing up & showing love to each other. ❤️‍🩹

You can’t reach people without trust. ✊🏾

Behind MAN UP! INC. is a mission rooted in community—and people willing to show up for it.

For A.T. Mitchell-Mann, Founder & CEO, that work means preventing violence, creating opportunities, supporting families, and helping young people see a future worth protecting.

Our first carousel explored how the movement began. This next chapter looks at the people carrying that mission forward.

🎤 We’re preparing to sit down with A.T. to talk about the journey, the turning points, and the work behind the headlines.

Swipe through, then tell us: What would you ask A.T.? 👇🏾

This is for all victims of gun violence, or any type of violence that you lost a loved one to. With this MARCH it will cause an uproar, but the younger, the crowd, the bigger impact so I’ll need all the young people that mobbed to Queen Center and Green Acres mall to come march for a innocent bystander, a victim of mistaken, identity, a victim of the wrong place the wrong time a victim of guilty by association let’s remember them let scream their names as we mark to these evil streets that’s corrupted by old men manipulating younger ones when will the cycle stop? Just imagine if you could come together to cause chaos imagine what type of impact you’ll could do by coming together for peace and harmony, use my brother’s poster, but take him away using ChatGPT to put someone that you love that you wish were still here cause I know I wish my brother was still “LIttle Brother Gone But I Got A Bigger Angel” #fyp #findyourpurpose @nat.sukii__ @_jaygotcashh_

Don’t just take our word for it—listen to our young people. 💙

At Man Up! Inc., we are serious about investing in the next generation. We know real change starts with our youth because they are not only our future—they are powerful right now.

That’s why we pour into them, teach them, expose them to new opportunities, and help prepare them to become confident, responsible, and successful leaders.

Hear directly from our young people about what they’ve learned and how Man Up! has impacted their lives.

We’re not just building programs—we’re building futures. 💪🏾
