Just a little friendly competition around the studio. Rock, paper, scissors gets serious when there’s a winner involved.

#Rhabdomyolysis is a real thing yo!

About 1 hr after the @runvictoriamarathon I started to feel intense l, deep pain in my core. I barfed many times. Fever. It was brutal. I'm glad my friends convinced me to go to the hospital.

A few bags of IV and I felt much better.

My dad, a retired doctor, was none too impressed with my outcome. Wants me to stop racing.

I think what I need to do is follow a solid re hydration plan IMMEDIATELY after a race. 2L of fluid minimum, electrolytes and sugars.

What do you think?

How the members look at you during class vs. how they are when it’s over 😂

During class: the glares, the side eyes, and definitely questioning why they signed up for this.

After class: “That was the best class I’ve ever done!”

We know those mid-class looks all too well, but somehow you always leave happy and come back for more. That’s how we know it was a good one!
