back home and over the moon about the past few weeks on tour out west. thank you to everyone who came out to hear us play. these were some of the most special shows i’ve ever been a part of. it was the first tour i’ve ever done where i played a different set every night, and i’m very proud of that. being an opener is one of the great joys in life (you should try it sometime!), so i’m infinitely grateful to everyone who came early for standing there and taking it.

to my sister @mariellekraft - thank you for the opportunity to yell my songs at unsuspecting strangers. you are my oldest friend in this thing of ours, but our friendship just keeps getting stronger. you are truly the real deal: as a performer, a writer, a friend, and a sister from somewhere else. you are my family and i love you.

to @seangallagherlive and @danainspandrums - thank you for accepting me into the fold and for laughing at almost everything. for learning funemployment in an afternoon and playing it with me every night. these hangs were biblical, and scholars will one day study them. i will never forget those boise nights.

to my friends, family, and listeners across the country who came to a show - thank you, i love you, and if i don’t see you soon, just give me a call.

i learned so much on this tour, and i think i’m just gonna keep going. music is the best. we are so lucky to get to do this. lots more to come. see you out there. ❤️

Happiest of happy birthdays to one of the tip-toppest humans to ever grace this earth, @marcusabogado !! He’s been working his sound engineer magic (and occasional drum skills!) with us throughout the lands for the past 10 years. Always quick with a laugh, always up for adventure & always a mountain of strength when things get tough, we love you til the ends of time and are honored to call you a friend.
