Minke whale joining us on our spearing mission out in the deep blue!

Dove around us probably well over an hour before we moved off to our next location a few nm away, to which we also had a Minke pop up beside the boat again. I wonder if it was the same one as I read they can travel of speeds up to 20knots, it could easily keep up with our boat while we were cruising!

What a fun dive. Thats the first time we got to see a Minke whale underwater in perfect clarity. It was curious enough on one of our dives together that we were able to see its eye, coming just about level with us some 20m down.

What a special experience for it to hang out with us while we did our thing. I was actually sad to leave, probably the coolest dive buddy we will ever have.

Unfortunately I wasn't ready for this to happen!! SD card was full so quickly deleted some old videos and in a rush I dropped some water into the housing which caused a bit of fog on the dome, not the clearest video but the Insta360 still prevailed through my mistakes.
