That’s a wrap on THE WORKER! 🎬

Last week, we wrapped filming on The Worker, the new feature film by Eliza Petkova, who once again joins forces with cinematographer Constanze Schmitt, continuing their long-standing creative collaboration.

40 shooting days across three locations — the Bulgarian village of Dolna Lipnitsa, Frankfurt and Leipzig, Germany.

A wonderful cast, including Ovanes Torosyan, Anna Manolova, Andreas Anke, and many more, alongside an incredible Bulgarian and German crew who brought this story to life.

A big thank you to everyone who was part of this journey!

The Worker is a German-Bulgarian co-production led by ROW Pictures and Fourmat Film, in co-production with Red Carpet, with the financial support of Hessen Film, MDM, the Bulgarian National Film Center and Eurimages.

In this post, a few moments held in time, with gratitude to everyone who imagined these films with us.

Silent Observers is the third film Eliza Petkova has made in the Bulgarian village of Pirin. This time, she tells its stories through the eyes of the animals.

Blending documentary and fiction, the film invites us to see the village and its inhabitants from a different perspective — through the quiet observers who share their everyday lives.

It's a wrap for one of the most exciting projects I have been part of. Feeling super grateful that I had the chance once again to work with people with who we make cinema together for 11 years. And to meet all these new amazing people who were nothing but professional and super talented.

"THE WORKER"
Stay tuned!
