๐Ÿ–ค Making of SIMULTAN Festival XX - RE:MEDIATE. Weโ€™re still moving things around, testing, adjusting. Sounds are calibrating, installations are settling in, cables multiply. Itโ€™s a familiar chaos and it already feels like SIMULTAN. Tomorrow, first of October, we officially open the anniversary edition SIMULTAN XX โ€“ RE:MEDIATE at Comenduirea Garnizoanei, with seven exhibition projects spread across the rooms, each tracing different ways of sensing, storing, and reimagining the world around us โ€” from speculative archives and ecological fictions to deep listening environments and audio experiments. See you tomorrow ๐ŸŽ‰ 19:00 โ€“ Opening of the exhibitions ๐Ÿ‘‚ SIMULTAN 20: Listening Room, Nature after Nature, CODING DROPS, Hush Glitches, ACOUSMIGNON 41-T, Timisฬฆoara Echoes and SEMI SILENT โ€“ Listening. 20:00 โ€“ Unstable Matter โ€” A/V live performance by @andrei_raicu x Iulia Ripan @iu.ni.a Full program โ†’ simultan.org/2025 ๐Ÿ“ธ Photos from todayโ€™s behind-the-scenes by @andreea_sasaran_ Funded by the Municipality of Timisฬฆoara through the Center for Projects (Centrul de Proiecte).
