#56after56 #ageoutrageout #RRC

i marched three years of drum corps and all i got were these lousy tan lines, intense personal growth, and friendships that will last a lifetime

to the spit: for every hellish moment tour presented us with, there were about a million different moments full of smiling so hard our cheeks hurt, intricate and bizarre inside jokes, and dizzying realization that at end of the day, we had each other. incredibly proud to end my marching career in this pit

to my polycule: @sollalis @marissa.berard and @_geesegeesegeese_ , i admire and look up to each and every one of you. you three are the most incredible, beautiful, smart, and endlessly talented three women i could ever imagine marching alongside

@rachel.lincoln7 , you are exactly what RRC means. thank you for reminding me what it looks like and sharing your shining personality with us all

@jakete01 and @colemanmoore_ : i don’t quite how to say how much it meant to me to field your necklaces. thank you both for dealing with my ever present bullshit and laughing with (or at) me through it all

@emily.wehrle.16 , my biggest tour confidant and friend! i am so proud of you for how far you’ve come, and am so grateful to have shared all three years together

i cried from laughing at @riverwilliams05 ‘s jokes almost everyday and it’s still not enough. i miss standing next to you everyday, and am more grateful than you know you were my synth partner

@william_small1104 : thank you for reminding me why i did this activity in the first place. truly one of the greatest friends ill ever have

mostly thank you to @liana.gao for being the catalyst for why i can even reminisce on my three summers of a lifetime

thank you for the test of resiliency and incredible friendships, spartans. forever changed and forever grateful

Loading▫️▫️▫️Memories from 2026 (Pt2) 🎠🎪

This goes out to our team - an extremely talented group of 5 who made it through new hardware and systems, tornados (rip synth 1 for that 24 hours), and many tough decisions to get this show ready for Indy 🫡
And to the SPit staff and members - our symbiotic counterpart, who was always around for a laugh and our antics @spartans_pit_ 🤝

Till next year, Spartans

Some of my favorite frames from the parade. While I didn’t take many Im very proud and honored to have had the opportunity to take photos of these amazing performers.

70 years of Spartans, 99 years of Macy’s, all while making new and exciting memories on the road, thank you.

Spending Thanksgiving in New York City was a whirlwind few days but I was completely blown away by the entire experience of being in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day parade. 10/10 day, nearly perfect weather and among the best (and most FUN) band days I’ve had!!

Cherry on top was hearing Fire the night before, played by a special 70th anniversary edition of Spartans/Southwind, and sharing the week with my amazing friends ❤️🖤🦃 Happy Spartsgiving 🫡

spartans 2025 and a three-peat!

this version of the @spartans_pit_ was really something special. every single day was a treat, and they knocked it out of the park every day, no matter the circumstances. truly the 🐐 spit 💪 thank you for trusting us every day, and being willing to call this place your home. it wouldn’t be a home without each and every one of you here ❤️

thank you to all the other staff (admin, instructional, audio, media, design, volunteers, drivers, etc.) for all the work that you have put it in for the past 9 months. this doesn’t work without every single one of you! oh, and thank you for letting me be your social coordinator 🙏

huge specific shoutouts to @cfqphotos @brookestelmokasphotos @sal.larkins.media @cswartphotos for all the work that you’ve put in over this year. no one would care about what we do if they didn’t get to see it through your amazing hard work and creativity. the entire corps is incredibly lucky to have you here ❤️

this is the last year of open class for the spartans but they’ve never been more ready for the challenges coming their way. time to go for #10 🥇
