WELCOME Mariah to the re:form Pilates Team!

Mariah began Pilates with re:form in 2025, but her love for movement started long before. Growing up as a multi-sport athlete, Mariah quickly learned that movement was medicine for not only the body, but also the mind. She immersed herself in the world of dance and gymnastics for much of her early years, and soon realized that she had a love for teaching. Mariah has spent the past decade teaching dance and inspiring young athletes, where her main focus has been instilling confidence in her students, helping them strive for excellence in all they do.

Recently completing Balanced Body’s Reformer 1, Mariah is thrilled for this next chapter of teaching and continued education, and cannot wait to help the Halifax community feel their best through the Pilates repertoire.

See you soon Halifax!
