This past weekend was an absolute bliss having all my worlds collide @kraftwerkberlinofficial. Elevated training with @hagius, performance activewear by @on and an airy yet sculptural installation by @boris.acket .

🌾A tranquil place to unwind & recharge🔋

Couldn’t have imagined a better place for us to stay at this past weekend during the @spreewaldmarathon. Nestled within the picturesque Spreewald region, this family-owned business is a great example of a successful restoration where the layout of the once three-sided farmyard could be preserved beautifully.

@naturapartments_spreewald thank you for making this past weekend even more so memorable for us & allowing us to calm our minds & bodies amongst wellness & nature.

Camera Roll 🤳

Been diversifying my training a lot lately.
Creativity in Strength Training, Running, Plyometrics and Rehab have been a big part of it.
It’s fun to try out new methods of recovery like breathing and cold exposure. Mental clarity and sports performance have definitely been rising.

Curiosity is the base of all growth!
Happy Weekend ☀️
