Happy Thanksgiving from the Boulder Athletics team!

Thankful for this community, every single day and for all the moments where you show up, push hard, cheer loud, and leave it all here.

YOU make Boulder Athletics more than a gym. YOU make it a place people feel supported, challenged, and at home.

Thank you for showing up for yourselves, for each other, and for this community we’re so proud of. We’re grateful to train alongside you. 🤝❤️💪

🇺🇸 Murph Saturday 🇺🇸
Every Memorial Day weekend, we come together to honor Navy SEAL Lt. Michael Murphy and all those who gave their lives in service to our country. “Murph” is more than a workout — it’s a tribute. A moment to remember. A way to say thank you.

You don’t have to do the full thing.
✅ Half Murph
✅ Partner Murph
✅ No vest, no problem

What matters is that you show up — to push yourself, to stand beside your community, and to remember those who can’t be here with us.

See you Saturday. Let’s do this together. 💪 #MurphChallenge #MemorialDayMurph #BoulderAthletics

⠀
What are the benefits of NBR compared to tape-in extensions, glue-in extensions, and other methods?
* Natural looking
* Lightweight yet full
* Comfortable
* No glue or tape involved
* Less damage
* Hidden
* Won’t slip out
* Your natural hair can still grow!
