Representar a México en Lacrosse siempre me ha traido experiencias únicas, y esta ocasión no fue diferente.
Este proceso para mí ha durado 10 años; 10 años en los que he crecido, he madurado, me he divertido, llorado y cambiado. Este fue mi tercer mundial, creo que el más consciente, y por ello también el más difícil, pero también el más gratificante.

A veces no sabemos por qué pasan las cosas de cierta manera hasta que pasan. Las clasificatorias del año pasado nos trajeron a este mundial en Polonia y aunque al principio fue difícil aceptarlo, creo que era el lugar en el que teníamos que estar. Gracias a todas las ganas que todas pusimos en este proyecto pudimos poner al lacrosse en el mapa y en el imaginario de la gente en México.

Siempre he pensado que la gratitud puede cambiar al mundo y hoy agradezco a todas las personas que están aquí leyendo esto, compartiendo, mandando sus mensajes de aliento. Agradezco infinitamente todo su apoyo porque siempre lo sentimos dentro y fuera de cancha y fue un gran motor para seguir avanzando.

Haber sido capitana de esta selección junto con Maribel y Xena fue algo que me hizo crecer mucho, aprender mucho de ellas y disfrutar esta otra cara y responsabilidad. No lo habría podido hacer sin ellas verdaderamente. Las amo mucho, hermanas. 🫶🏽

A todo el equipo: gracias por llevar tan alto el nombre de México. Sigamos soñando y esperando grandes cosas de cada una de nosotras. Siempre estaré para ustedes.

A mi familia: gracias por apoyarme siempre, por estar siempre y por creer tanto en mí. Sin ustedes no podría seguir soñando y avanzando como lo he hecho. Gracias por permitirme ser y hacer lo que más amo.

A México:
Sigamos soñando con un mejor futuro para el deporte mexicano. Hagamos que más personas puedan practicar un deporte de manera segura y con amor.

Being able to watch this team and these women grow over the last 4 years has been such a privilege. And to see them battle hard and earn silver all while being the most joyful and positive team is even sweeter. Being part of Team Mexico is such an honor and I am so lucky to call every member of this team family. Gracias por todo 🇲🇽💚🤍❤️

you spend your entire life dreaming of moments like this ❤️ and when these dreams finally come true, it makes you realize how important every single person in your life truly is. I think about every sacrifice it took for my family to be what it is now, every decision they made behind closed doors without me even knowing, every day they chose love over everything else, and it makes you realize how much more you’re representing than just the name on your chest. and its name worn with pride for all it means. AND on top of all of that, you feel even greater of an honor to be sharing the field with so many people with as unique and incredible of a story as your own. This has been one the greatest experiences of my life, and one I will truly never forget.
To my teammates- I love you para siempre. Each of you are truly the greatest gift.

Proud to be Mexican. 🇲🇽

I’ve been trying to find the words to describe what this experience has meant to me, and when I try I can’t help but feel emotional. Being able to make history alongside my best friends is something I will always cherish. It is such a blessing to be able to represent México and grow the game internationally. This team is special because of the love and passion it possesses, and being a part of it is truly incredible.

Thank you Mexican lacrosse fans for your overwhelming support! Thank you @worldlacrosse for making the first ever DII World Championship so amazing. Thank you to our wonderful coaches and staff who helped make our dreams a reality. Thank you to my family and friends for all their support. Thank you to the other teams, it was an honor to compete with you and showcase lacrosse around the world. A very special thank you to @kvacns for everything, we love you so much and HERMANA YA ERES MEXICANA! Finally, thank you to my teammates who make every moment with them on and off the field so special.
