“Finding Nori” is a dirty martini with nori-infused gin, sake bermutto, dry vermouth, with just a touch of fish sauce and rice wine vinegar, garnished with pickled sea grapes. It pairs perfectly with oysters, but also great by itself! Available tonight only🥂

Shoutout to @supergayspirits for making a beautifully delicious gin that is the perfect backbone to this naughty nori-tini.

It’s about time we highlight the Natsukashii bar program! We’re so proud to have these two minds on the team, so we gotta brag on them a bit:
Chef Maria @mariiaa_k is at the helm of our cocktail program, creating a delicious menu of new classics that are perfectly paired with the food (and amazing on their own). Do not skip the ume martini if you like a boozy drink!
Chef Austin @hideo_cotija_ is a long time kitchen killer who has put his flavor expertise to work crafting the NA bev program, including favorites like our house ginger beer and spicy pineapple soda.

NA bevs are served all day, and cocktail service starts at 3pm. Plus, for those who like to start their party a little early, we’ve got a beer + combo during Rascal Hour (3-5pm) with our house Yanchan lager from @heirloomrusticales and a rotating shot 🍻

This years theme was Thirty, Flirty, and Surviving and I could not have made it without all of my friends and family being there for me along the way. I wish I would have gotten more photos with everyone while celebrating but love and appreciate everyone who was a part of this year. Cheers to 30 🥂
