🏡We have a great condo coming up for sale later this week. This is a 2 bedroom + den and 2 bath at SOLE Rutland. Dont be fooled - it’s truly a 3 bedroom. ☺️ The den has a large window and could fit a queen sized bed! This building was built by Edgecome Builders and truly a magnificent location. Close to schools, transit, shopping… all of it. My favorite is the coffee shop across the street @jaideandjoelsbakingco ☕️👌 There is a ton of storage inside, large closets and good sized bedrooms. Stay tuned for full details! Here’s the question: Are you ready to LIVV Okanagan? ☀️ 📲Contact me today MARIKA SOLEIL ΓEA⅃ Broker | Okanagan BC Marika@LIVVokanagan.com 778-214-1773 @marikasoleil @livvokanagan ______________________________________ #kelowna #thisiskelowna #kelownalife #livvokanagan #kelownarealestate #kelownahomes #kelownarealestateagent #kelownaagent #kelownaliving #kelownalife #okanagan #dreamhome #realestate #realtorlife #realestatelife #realtor #kelownarealtor #buyinkelowna #sellingkelowna #investinkelowna #buyahouse #kelownaforsale #investment #okanaganlifestyle #luxuryhomes #lakelife #realbroker #marikasoleil

Studio living has its perks! Cozy space, easy living with way less cleaning! And I’ve got the perfect condo for you right here in Kelowna. 🤩 Unit 100 at The Verve - a thoughtfully updated 327 sq ft studio that combines privacy, smart design, and unbeatable value in a prime Kelowna location. Located on the main floor with your own private patio and separate entrance, this home lives larger than its footprint. Fresh paint, updated flooring, and thoughtful closet organization make the space feel clean, modern, and functional. It’s quaint, efficient, and completely move-in ready. The Verve is known for its unbeatable lifestyle amenities: a seasonal outdoor pool, beach volleyball court, and a vibrant community atmosphere that’s hard to match. There’s even a dog run onsite and being on the main floor makes it ideal for pet owners (yes, pets allowed, including larger dogs). Additional perks include underground parking, a storage locker, secure building access, and low strata fees. Location is everything with easy access to public transit, direct routes to UBCO and Okanagan College, shopping nearby, and a coffee shop right across the street. Whether you’re a student, investor, or first-time buyer, this is a smart opportunity in a community people truly love to call home. A rare gem at an approachable price point! Come see why The Verve is one of Kelowna’s favourites. Check it out here and linked in my stories! https://realtor.ca/real-estate/29358853/533-yates-road-unit-100-kelowna-north-glenmore?utm_source=consumerapp&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=socialsharelisting

Hi friends! In this video, I talk about the process of doing an open house. I discuss the importance of timing the open house, advertising it on various platforms like MLS, Realtor.ca, Castanet, and social media, as well as the benefits of personally inviting neighbors and canvassing the neighborhood. I also mention the use of signage to attract walk-through traffic. #OpenHouse #RealEstate #Kelowna #Okanagan #Advertising #MLS #Realtor #Castanet #SocialMedia #Neighbors
