“Think mobility is just stretching? Think again.

Mobility is your ability to move your joints through their available range of motion with strength and control.

It helps you squat deeper, move more efficiently, maintain balance, and perform everyday activities with greater ease.

And as we age, maintaining that ability becomes even more important.

Because the goal isn't just to lift heavier weights.

It's to keep moving well, stay independent, and continue doing the things you love.

Don't just train for today. Train for the life you want to live.

Rock Fitness Tribe. Fitness with PURPOSE.”

You may see lots of old videos of me doing pull ups and different calisthenics moves, but let me say lifting is so important too. Lifting correctly helps you gain strength to live your everyday life. Not only strength, but it helps you build muscle. Muscle helps you live a life of quality. Rock Fitness purpose is to teach you how to move better, and most importantly, we want to see you live life with PURPOSE. MOVEMENT. Happy Friday!

We stayed overnight in the haunted Warren house, once lived in by Ed & Lorraine Warren. I took some photos and we investigated this place as well. Definitely one of the most haunted places in the world with history behind it

Today marks a complete year that Julio has gone without alcohol. I am so excited that we can celebrate sobriety with him and I want him to know how proud of him we all are. He had a wake up call and he took it and made the change to better himself and his family. He has had many great blessings this year of no drinking and I know that helps him see how great it is to be sober and enjoy the blessings. Julio has always been an incredible father and always worked his butt off being a great leader and just getting the jobs done right but he had a struggle and that was alcohol. It casted a shadow on his life and blocked him from reaching his full potential. It was just always made to be normal and it’s literally everywhere but not cause something is legal means it’s good. I am loving the new Julio and seeing sides of him I never have. The whole family admires him and they see that you can over come struggles and make a change. He is setting an amazing example for all his children. Julio you have all of your family and so many friends that are proud of you and will always be here for the days it gets hard. We all love you so much and I for one am so happy you are here and you made the change. Congratulations on pushing through and doing this for yourself and for us. I hope you enjoy this video I put together for you with some of the main characters in your life.

What's so cool about this??

Well.... Rock Fitness started in Wylie and the Rowlett area. To pick up our certificate in Wylie for being named the best training facility to work out in for the 7th year in Farmersville .. well, that just makes it nostalgic. It deserves a quick photo and post! 🥳 Happy Friday from all your Rock Fitness Coaches! #FitnessWithPurpose #rockfitness #RockFitnessTribe #personalgrowth #personaltraining #farmersvillegym #fitfam #farmersvillefitness #fitforife
