U radu “Linije, redovi, kolone (Spavaonica)” Ivana Ivković razmatra odnos između pojedinačnog tela i kolektivnih struktura, dok “The Void” Marine Marković promišlja identitet, nasleđe i društvena očekivanja upisana u telo. Serija “Mladi Srbi” Fila Kolinsa koristi portret kao mesto susreta ličnog prisustva i nasleđa političkih promena, dok “No More” Damira Radovića pretvara individualni gest odbijanja u kolektivnu izjavu.

“Personal Stories / Political Realities”

Between Self and Society 💭 🌐

This group of works explores how personal lives are shaped by broader social, political, and historical realities. In “Lines, Rows, Columns (Dormitory)”, Ivana Ivković examines the relationship between the individual body and collective structures, while Marina Marković’s “The Void” reflects on identity, inheritance, and the social expectations inscribed onto the body. Phil Collins’s “Young Serbs” turns to portraiture as space where personal presence intersects with the legacies of political change, while Damir Radović’s “No More” transforms individual gesture of refusal into a collective statement. In “The Black Cabinet”, Christine Rebet revisits history through dreamlike narratives that expose the persistence of power and ideology. Jasmina Cibic’s film explores the practice of gift-giving and its role in the construction of European identity

Marina Marković, vizuelna umetnica i predavačica #FMK, dala je intervju za dnevni list Danas. 📰

Pored toga, Marina 24. oktobra izvodi performans u Centre Wallonie-Bruxelles u Parizu, u okviru festivala Performissima, dok njeni radovi trenutno čine deo izložbe Histoires personnelles / Réalités politiques u Musée d’art contemporain de Lyon.
