#hosted An entire sandwich menu centered around two slices of focaccia? Yup. 📍 @aliotosfocacceria on 4th street is the new casual concept from Chef Alex. While I think it’s safe to say we were all surprised and sad when hearing his pasta dinner spot, The Kitchen Table, was closing - it was a relief to hear he was coming up with something new 😏 His menu is centered around focaccia sandwiches, with a few salads, small bites & pinsa style Italian flatbreads. His pistachio & mortadella sandwich “The King” has created lots of buzz, but I fell in love with his Caprese sandwich. Filled with fresh tomatoes, stracciatella and shredded spicy zucchini - this sandwich is one I could eat again and again. If you’re missing his pastas, Chef Alex has a freezer full of his fresh made pastas that you can grab and take home for about $8-$13 🍝 Make sure you let them know that @thespoonlist sent you! @thespoonlist #marin #marinfoodie #foccacia
