We’re live. 🥃 Today marks the launch of our latest activation, a partnership between @basespiritscollective @whiteboxcocktails and the original OG of the world’s festival scene @edintfest . we’re incredibly proud to have Whitebox Cocktails taking centre stage. It’s a real pleasure for Base Spirits Collective to be partnering with the Edinburgh International Festival, helping bring an exceptional drinks experience to audiences throughout this year’s programme at the Hub. As Edinburgh comes alive over the coming weeks, we’ll be introducing thousands of guests to one of the UK’s most exciting drinks brands—serving full-strength, award-winning cocktails exactly as they were intended. Alongside Whitebox, we’ve curated a back bar showcasing some of the incredible independent producers we’re proud to represent, including Holy Grass Vodka, Woven Whisky, Somerset Cider Brandy, Chance Cider, Pilot Beer and Porter’s Gin. A huge thank you to our brand partners and everyone who has helped bring this activation to life. Months of planning have led to today, and we’re excited to welcome our first guests. If you’re heading to the Festival this month, make sure you grab a ticket to one of the fantastic shows at The Hub and experience the bar while you’re there. Tickets are selling fast, so don’t miss out. Here’s to an incredible few weeks ahead. 🥃 #BaseSpiritsCollective #WhiteboxCocktails #edinburghinternationalfestival

I filmed and edited this a couple of weeks ago, but it feels even more relevant now. A lot of what I’ve been reflecting on recently comes back to this idea, looking after the person behind the business. It’s easy to know what needs to change, but harder to actually listen to yourself and make those changes when you’re in the middle of keeping everything moving. Self awareness is a huge part of being self employed. Understanding what energises you, what drains you, what needs to shift, and being honest enough to respond to it. Still learning this in real time. Business advice | self employed life | DITL | Scottish business owner | entrepreneur #creativeentrepreneur #networking #businessowner #habitscommunity
