A month ago I got to marry the love of my life. I’m so thankful for everyone who got to come out and celebrate with us. It was truly the best weekend of my life. Everything was so perfect I will never forget every second of our trip. Liz I love you forever and am so blessed that you came into my life. I can’t wait for eternity with you❤️

On my Nine Year Crowniversary, I still throw up my hands, tears fall from my eyes in gratitude and I continue to praise the God of miracles for turning four years of “no’s” into my greatest “YES” on my fifth and final attempt when I was chosen as the 80th Miss North Carolina on this day in 2017. With great joy I share today the best 2 minutes and 20 seconds that I will cherish for the rest of my life captured by Mark & Lynn Russell of Crown Productions. 🎥

God is so faithful. Through HIM all things are possible. I cannot thank my Jesus enough for granting the sincerest desire of my heart to serve my home state. The sound of Memorial Auditorium erupting in cheers - not only from my family - but what felt like the entire building celebrating the fulfillment of #perseverance, is something I hold on to and recall when I’m discouraged. God in His perfect plan is always right on time. 🙌🏽
••
To my parents, family, friends, local committees and every person who poured prayer, encouragement and unshakeable belief into me to achieve this dream - this was OUR victory. I love you and hope I made you proud. ❤️ Esther 4:14 📖

How in the world has it been 1 month already with my little girl. This has undoubtedly been the best time of my life. I cannot wait to continue to watch her grow (but not too fast). She continues to make her daddy proud seeing all her progress. I truly am the luckiest guy in the world #gunther#stinkybutt#dgg#wittlemisswittle#punkin
