I’m Danesha Ward, Licensed Mental Health Counselor and founder of Dream Identity Counseling, and I’m excited to invite you to the Rooted & Reign Wellness Summit!

This is more than a summit. It’s an opportunity to pause, pour into yourself, and discover practical ways to nurture your wellness while navigating life’s challenges.

Tampa Black professionals — before the official R&B Game Night highlight reel drops, we had to give you THIS. 🔥🎥

Guest videographer Trebeyon Wyche was in the house capturing the night from his perspective — and he absolutely delivered.

The people.
The energy.
The dancing.
The games.
The conversations.
The moments you probably missed while you were busy enjoying yourself.

And Trebeyon didn’t just capture video — his event photography was incredible too. We’re grateful to have another talented creative helping document what R&B Game Night feels like from inside the room.

Consider this the mini highlight reel before the official highlight reel. 👀

To the 300+ Black professionals, entrepreneurs, creatives, couples and friends who showed up at 1920 Ybor — even with the rain — thank you again for making this night what it was.

And if you missed October…

🔥 R&B Game Night returns Tuesday, November 3.
🎟️ Early Bird registration + pricing are OPEN NOW.

👇🏾 Comment “R&B” and we’ll send you the November details.

What does it really take to transform your health, rebuild your identity, and develop discipline that actually lasts? 🥃🎙️

This Tuesday, September 22 at 7 PM, The Tailored Mindset Podcast goes LIVE on YouTube for a conversation on:

HEALTH • TRANSFORMATION • DISCIPLINE

Joining Ghost & AC is special guest Mariela Ayala Public Speaker, Reinvention Strategist & Community Advocate.

Mariela will share her personal story of rebuilding her life after what had been believed to be a permanent 23-year disability, transitioning away from 25 prescriptions, losing more than 200 pounds, and navigating a life changing misdiagnosis.

But this conversation goes beyond weight loss.

We’re talking about mindset discipline, confidence, sustainable wellness, cultural identity, faith, purpose, and what it takes to reinvent yourself without abandoning who you are.

Mariela’s work centers on helping people create healthier lives while still honoring their culture, traditions, and authenticity.

“Faith is key.” Mariela Ayala 🗝️

If you’re in a season of rebuilding, transforming, or becoming more disciplined about the life you want, this conversation is for you.

We’re showing the fellas a few things. 👔🥃

On this episode of The Tailored Mindset Podcast, we sat down with Rob Archangel at Tweeds Custom Suits to discuss what it truly means to dress, look, and carry yourself like a gentleman.

We broke down the difference between fashion and personal style, why the right fit and proportions matter, and how to choose clothing that complements your body, personality, and lifestyle. We also talked about building a sophisticated wardrobe on any budget, finding inspiration through Pinterest and vision boards, shopping at thrift stores, and investing in versatile pieces that can be worn in different ways.

From choosing the right first-date outfit and stepping outside your comfort zone to developing confidence, presence, posture, and intentionality, this conversation goes far beyond suits. It’s about expressing who you are, respecting yourself, and understanding that your presence speaks before you ever say a word.

We even opened the Gentleman’s Lounge, answered questions from the audience, shared our gentleman’s drink of the day, and introduced the Gentleman’s Letter, where future episodes will unpack your questions about style, relationships, health, wealth, and life.

Pull up a chair and join the conversation. Watch the full premiere episode now, subscribe to The Tailored Mindset on YouTube, and stay tuned for more.

We go live every Tuesday at 7 p.m. Eastern. Don’t miss the next episode.

Question for you🫵🏾: What’s one upgrade you want to make to your style this month, and why? Drop it in the comments and we’ll respond.
