📢 Now hiring: Real Estate Sales Manager at The Gellman Team, St. Louis.

#1 team in Missouri and #53 nationally in the Mega Team category, by volume, per RealTrends Verified. Over 540 units and $270 million in volume sold so far in 2026, on pace for 600 units and $300 million by year end.

This is a player-coach seat. You'll dial in a live call block with our agents for an hour a day, spend another hour on talent outreach, set appointments and hand them off in the room, help run our Tuesday and Friday huddles, and lead 30+ agents plus a dedicated agent trainer.

You'll also own the number and the conversion: team production, conversion velocity, and what happens to every lead that comes through the door, paid or organic. And your personal social accounts are part of the job, promoting this team, our agents' wins, and our culture.

❌ This isn't the seat for you if you need a ramp-up before you'll pick up a phone.

✅ It might be if you've led a sales team and personally out-dialed most of them.

Real life as a Realtor?..

It’s answering calls when you’re already in the middle of something.
It’s contracts, deadlines, inspections, negotiations, and a LOT of questions.
It’s celebrating with clients when things go right—and being there when they don’t.
It’s constantly learning because every transaction teaches you something new.
It’s working nights, weekends, and sometimes when you really don’t feel like it.

And honestly?

I didn’t realize how much I’d love the part I never expected: being someone’s person through one of the biggest decisions of their life.

Real estate isn’t just selling houses.

It’s people.
It’s problem-solving.
It’s advocating.
It’s showing up.

And I’m just getting started. 🏡❤️

@claire_gogan is taking the stage in Charleston… coming off a year where her team closed 204 units, $90.5M in volume, and grew 57% year over year. 🚀

She’s the founder of The Gogan Team at eXp Realty in Naples, Florida, where she’s built one of the fastest growing real estate teams in Southwest Florida, now over 40 agents strong.

But what really stands out isn’t just the production. It’s how she’s built it.

Claire has created the systems, structure, and leadership that allow her business to scale beyond her.

In Charleston, she’s breaking it down:

Build a Team or Be on a Team: The Pillars That Turn Production Into a Real Business

A lot of agents say they want leverage.
But when it comes time to let go, they don’t.

They stay stuck doing everything themselves and end up capping their own growth.

In this session, Claire will walk through:

• The mindset shift required to stop being the bottleneck
• How to decide whether you should build a team or join one
• How to delegate and step into a true CEO role
• How to understand your numbers and replace yourself intentionally

This is what it actually looks like to turn production into a real, scalable business.

@mark.gellman is bringing the listing playbook to Charleston 🔥🔥

Breaking down the exact listing process that’s led to billions in sales.

577 transactions and $271M closed volume in 2025 alone 🤯

What stands out is how sellers are positioned with real options… especially the cash offer program and how it actually works behind the scenes.

This is the level of strategy and execution agents need right now.

Grateful for the contributions and the impact he’s made on this community.
