POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Feb-Mar this year I struggled to hit 2 of these without any plates!

4 reps this morning of 100kgs of added plates is a big win for me!

But the bigger win is the mental health improvement … I was nowhere near the happiness I have today this time last year. Although I’ve got a long long way to go to reach my goals… this is a proud moment this morning on these hack squats. And just a reminder for anyone and everyone reading this …. The key really is CONSISTENCY 💯

Shoutout to my coach @markjmagallanes !!

I was wrong. Pt 1.

There are things God has shown me about myself that weren’t easy to admit.

But I’m learning that freedom doesn’t always come from what God removes around me. Sometimes it comes from what He reveals within me.

And I’m grateful He loved me enough to show me.

As you read, don’t just read my story. See if any of it makes you look inward too.

I’ve chosen to live free. 🤝🏾

Staying locked in despite the occasion!

The difference between this year and the others is definitely discipline. Challenging days but staying disciplined is & will be the key 💯
