I'm a designer by profession and my passion is discovering the many creative opportunities that this beautiful planet has to offer us lucky humans.

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Love. Passion. Perseverance. LPP.

These words have guided my journey as an artist and remain true to my vision.

During my conversation with @markkochny at From Lover to Buyer™ @artassetclass London, I reflected on the experience of seeing the Northern Lights in Iceland and how it inspired me to begin working with light. I also spoke about the years of research behind that decision, the creation of my lighting sequences, and works including PASSAGE and AETERNUM.

I approach each space as a living organism. Once a sculpture is installed, I create its lighting sequence on-site, responding to the work and its surroundings. The piece, the space, and the viewer come together as one.

Amor. Pasión. Perseverancia. LPP.

A business owner, 40 years in said it simply:
“Conversations become collaborations. Collaborations become lifelong relationships.”
That’s not a motivational quote. That’s a blueprint.
Most of us are waiting for the big break when the next conversation could be the open door.

If you’ve been playing it safe, staying comfortable, waiting for the “right time”, this is your sign. 🌱
Growth is one conversation away.
Who do you need to call, text, or DM this week?

Thank you and congratulations @markkochny Altny.com — for 40 years of showing us what legacy looks like.

29° didn’t stop the Mastic Beach Conservancy crew this morning! ❄️💪
Almost 2,000 feet of sugar kelp lines set in the bay — replanted from the beautiful Hart Hatchery seed that Lizzie grew for us.

We had future farmers, folks from the distillery, longtime lovers of Mastic Beach… all bundled up, laughing, swapping stories, drinking great coffee, and doing something good for our waters.

Cold hands, warm hearts, and a bay full of kelp. 🌊💚
What a morning. Special thanks to Lazy Point Farms.

Thank you to all of our wonderful friends who came to our little gathering to celebrate Stephens 70th birthday celebration last night @hudsonhoundnyc. These are the pictures I took at the beginning of the evening before it got sloppy, that’s why everyone (including myself) looks nice and fresh. 😝🤣🥹🥸😵‍💫
