I asked my friend @markkrassner last week how he defined alignment. His answer landed deeply for me.

He said, simply, “It’s looking in the mirror and liking what you see.”

To me, integrity is the same thing.

"Baila: que el tiempo es tiempo y no retorna". A love letter to @restaura_experience 🤍

Qué contenedor más poderoso, más sabio y profundo. Conocí gente mágica que restaura mi fé en la humanidad y me dejó inspirada de incontables maneras a recordar que el mundo que sueño lo estamos creando entre todos desde varios rincones del mundo.

Terminó mi "spiritual summer camp" favorito como le llamamos, pero lo que deja este fin de semana en mi tiene un ripple effect que me acompaña durante todo el año para seguirme compartiendo con mi comunidad en la gran ciudad.

Mi gran aprendizaje: el universo se mueve rápido a tu favor cuando estás dispuesta a decirle "si" la vida.

PLAYA DREAMIN’. Drop a “🔥” if you’ve begun your journey to @burningman this year— gates open in less than 24 hours!

After almost a decade of coming “home” to the playa, I decided to forgo my usual pilgrimage this time of year and for a lack of better phrase, SWITCH IT UP. I will no doubt feel the FOMO from the stories and the photos that will surface in about two weeks, but I know that this was the year, my SABBATICAL year, to take time off for myself, COMPLETELY.

I wish nothing but dusty dreams and magical moments for the desert dwellers already lining up at the gate, for I know this year will be an EPIC one.💜

I’ll return to the dust next year…promise. Who’s coming with?😉

Highlights from my whirlwind end-of-summer tour of the USA cities I’ve lived along with some of my fav humans. Remembering why I’ve loved each chapter of my life in New York, San Francisco, and Los Angeles. While each place has its own unique characteristics…it’s about the people. Thank you for making my life so full of joy 💜Although I didn’t nearly get to see all the friends I wanted to while I was in the states, I’ll be back again next year.

For now, I’m enjoying my time Africa with my family (about to go on safari here in Kenya), and then to Berlin to speak at a conference about Circles Indonesia and then on my way back to Bali!

#DailyGratitude Today I’m grateful for letting go of the limiting beliefs that have haunted me for so long— and being truly fearless to my truth, to my greatness. I’m not just one person with multiple “personalities”. I am multiple gifts wrapped into one big present. I am omnipresent as I am completely right here. I am both SCIENTIST and ARTIST. I am both CLINICIAN and COACH. I am both TEACHER and STUDENT. I AM.🙏🏽

It was a peaceful burn. Amidst the sandstorms of the playa and the chaos of our lives @jnthngss and I found equanimity, surrender, and connection in the dust.

More than anything else I fell in love with my @camp.cosmica. So proud of what we built — the space, the community, the undeniable love and warmth that all our guests experienced as they walked through our doors.

Now, I’m back to the real world — feeling the stress and intensity of moving, leaving LA, uprooting again. But feeling grounded by my time in the dust — in alignment and in faith.

In this moment of burning it all down, I just feel grateful to have my partner at my side. In this life! In the dust! Always.

Happy new year fam. I’m looking forward to this one.
