The Threads of Impact Clubhouse Edition Lecture by @marlon.j.davis was a huge success.

Thanks to everyone who came by. From recognizing the impact of creatives in architecture to understanding the communal power of stopping displacement, we all soaked up insight from this in-depth session.

This Threads project will connect a lot of the dots over the coming months making room for professionals & creatives to build, learn, and share their talents. Appreciate everyone’s support. Hope to see you at the next .

Grateful for my experience as a performer and vendor @blackboyartshow in DC this past weekend 🙏🏾 There were so many beautiful Black creatives and art enthusiasts in the building. I don’t know what it is about powerful, creative Black men in their element… but whew. 🖤

Watching these artists and vendors not only sell their work but connect with people in mere seconds was next level. The storytelling. The confidence. The eye contact. The passion behind every piece. It wasn’t just a transaction…it was an experience.

Talent is one thing. Presence is another. And they had both.

Man….what a year. Has it been chaotic and ridiculous from the very beginning? Yes. Have we experienced some extreme and sometimes unsettling changes? Absolutely! However this year has really been filled with the most beautiful moments of my entire life and career to be honest! There are so many stories to tell and people to thank that I could honestly tag 40 people and write 10 paragraphs and it still wouldn’t be enough to express the depth of my gratitude for all of you and your support from the very beginning!

20 pictures is not enough (so imma post more lol) and if you’re tagged or not just know that we love and appreciate you more than Instagram can handle!

I have to make a huge point of thanking every single member of our team here at Wilson’s Barbershop. Without yall this is not a thing at all!

Wedding season ended with bang! Sleep was reduced, voices were lost, but a time was had. I’m just honored to have taken part in such an incredible celebration and glad I got to do it with some good people. Only a real friend would bring me to tears in the midst of his celebration and this man is definitely one of them. Congrats to a beautiful couple @jsonbrnch & @sydneyny ❤️
